Founder & Managing Attorney
Orlando F. Cabanday is the principal and owner of the Cabanday Law Group and represents clients in wrongful termination, intellectual property, consumer fraud, and other complex litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has taken to verdict or bench decision over seventy contested matters, including trials venued in Arizona, Florida, and Nevada.
Before founding CLG, Orlando served as Senior Trial Counsel at a prominent Orange County law firm and as equity partner in a boutique trial practice. His reported decisions include a $5.9 million trademark infringement verdict in the Ninth Circuit (Watec v. Chia Liu, 403 F.3d 645).
He is active with the Los Angeles County Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers and as a leader in intellectual property litigation by the Chamber of Commerce USA.
